Privacy notice

Who we are

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you sign up for reminders
• Which reminder topic you chose, the page you signed up on, and the date and wording of your consent

We do not ask for ID numbers, company documents or banking details. The free tools run in your browser and do not send your answers to us.

Why we use it

Only to send the reminders you asked for, based on your consent. We do not sell or rent your details.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Ireland). The EU has data protection law that offers protection similar to POPIA. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page loads.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and tools are used. It records anonymous page views and actions such as using a tool or signing up, never your email address. Google may store this data on servers outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. We then delete your details within 30 days.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforegulator.org.za.
