Who we are

noredtape is run by Kadima Digital, an independent digital business in Cape Town. We help small businesses understand and finish the admin that CIPC, SARS, National Treasury, the Compensation Fund and the B-BBEE rules require.

Independent, not government

We are not part of, or endorsed by, any government body. We do not sell registrations or hold your documents. Where a government route is free, we show it first.

How we check our guides

• We start from the official source: the agency's own portal, guide, notice or regulation.
• We write the steps in plain English and keep the exact figures (fees, thresholds, dates) next to their source.
• Each guide shows the date it was last checked. If we cannot confirm a figure from an official source, we leave it out and point you to the portal.
• Every guide has a "Fix a problem" section built from the errors people report most.

Corrections

Rules change and portals move. If something is out of date or wrong, email [email protected] with the page and what you found. We fix confirmed errors as soon as we can and update the "last checked" date.

Linking and sharing

You are welcome to link to any guide, section or fix. Every section and every fix has its own link: use the "Copy link" button next to it. If you quote us, please link back to the page you used.
